Baptiste Power Flow Immersion

Amy, Elizabeth, and Kris are practicing yoga with Baron Baptiste and his team of Master teachers at the Baptiste Power Flow Immersion in Estes Park, Colorado. They are delving deep into the new Baptiste methodology and they are excited about sharing what they have learned when they return next week. Check out these video highlights.

Labor Day at the Shala

The Labor Day class schedule is as follows:

MONDAY

9:15am Baptiste Power With James 

12pm Hour of Power with Ken

4:30pm Power with Kris

6pm class CANCELLED

8pm class CANCELLED

THE POWER IS ON !

We are up & running !

The power has been restored and ALL CLASSES are up and running.  All activities and facilities at the Shala are fully operational.

Shala Hours Update

Class Schedule at the Shala

The Shala is open for all classes except: Late Night classes (8 / 8:30 pm) and Early Morning classes (6 / 7 am) due to continued power outage, but patrons are encouraged to call the Shala one hour before class and listen to the greeting for the latest information.  860 • 536 • 0237

NOTE: We are requesting that everyone NOT use the bathrooms, as there is no running water.
